Return/Exchange Instructions:
Purchased items carry a 30-day money back guarantee from time of order. Customers will first be required to obtain an authorized RMA Number from our website (instructions below). Returned products without an RMA will not qualify for a return credit. SkinCareProductsMD.com will review and inspect all returned items to verify that all components were included upon return. Products must meet required qualifying standards of the return policy. SkinCareProductsMD.com does reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
To return an item within 30 days of purchase, go to My Account and sign in.
- Click on the "Order History" tool.
- Locate the order which contains the items you would like to return or exchange.
- Click the link in the "Order Status" column.
- Click the "Click Here to Return" link and fill out the form accordingly.
- After submitting the form you will receive an RMA number and shipping instructions.
Please include a copy of your receipt with the return. We recommend shipping your return using a service that provides a tracking number.

Qualifying Standards:

Products can be returned if they have been unused, unopened, or are defective. If you have received a product that you are not 100% satisfied with you can return the product assuming 75% of the product is unused. Please detail the reasons that you were unsatisfied with the product.
Please note that we do not credit or refund for the original shipping costs of the item.
